Built for FreshStop at Astron Energy Booysens: the store's ordering and POS systems needed to talk to a central automation layer — securely, across multiple store tenants — with full Take.app integration so ordering and payment run end-to-end, without a developer babysitting every webhook.
The Problem
- ▸Multiple store locations firing orders from separate POS/ordering systems with no unified routing.
- ▸No secure way to trust incoming webhooks — payloads could be spoofed or replayed.
- ▸Ordering and payment lived in separate systems, so checkout was disjointed and hard to reconcile.
- ▸Manual reconciliation between stores meant delays and missed orders.
What We Built
- ▸A multi-tenant webhook router that identifies each store and routes its events independently.
- ▸Full Take.app integration wiring the storefront straight into the automation layer, so ordering and payment run as one seamless flow.
- ▸HMAC signature verification on every inbound webhook to guarantee payloads are authentic and untampered.
- ▸Direct integration with the POS / ordering systems so orders flow through automatically.
- ▸Per-tenant isolation so one store’s config never affects another.
The Outcome

- ▸Orders route automatically across all stores with zero manual handling.
