Tell us who you want to reachHow it works
1. Find
We search Google business listings by business type and place, for example "accountants in Sandton". Closed businesses are skipped, and businesses already in your pipeline are not added twice.
2. Score 0 to 100
Every business is scored from the signals on its Google listing, and saved with a label from "Must Follow Up" down to "Cold Lead" so you know where to start.
3. Follow up
New leads with contact details get automatic follow-up: a short first WhatsApp message where there is a phone number, and a three-step email sequence on day 1, day 3 and day 7 where there is an email address.
4. Track in the CRM
Each lead lands in the CRM pipeline with its score, its details and its status, so nothing lives in a spreadsheet or someone’s head.
5. Watch it in Drift OS
Drift OS is the client portal where you see the work as it happens, instead of waiting for a report at the end of the month.
What the score means
Five signals from the Google listing add up to a score out of 100. It shows how reachable and established a business looks. It does not predict whether they will buy.
| Signal | Points | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Phone number listed | Up to 20 | A direct way to reach the business. |
| Website | Up to 15 | A listed website scores the full 15; no website still earns 8. |
| Google rating | Up to 20 | 4.5 and above scores the full 20; lower ratings score less. |
| Number of reviews | Up to 25 | 200 or more scores the full 25; fewer than 5 scores 0. |
| Business category | 10 | Awarded when Google has categorised the business. |
85 and above is labelled "Must Follow Up", 70 and above "High Priority", 55 and above "Good Prospect", 40 and above "Moderate", and anything lower "Cold Lead".

Frequently asked questions
What is lead generation for a small business?
It is finding businesses or people who could become your customers, and starting the conversation with them. Our system does the finding and the first follow-up automatically, and keeps every lead in one pipeline so you can see where each one stands.
Where do the leads come from?
We search Google business listings by business type and place, for example "dentists in Pretoria". Each result is a real, operating business with the contact details Google shows for it. We do not buy lists.
How is each lead scored out of 100?
Five signals from the Google listing add up to a score between 0 and 100: a listed phone number (up to 20 points), a website (up to 15), the Google rating (up to 20), the number of reviews (up to 25) and whether Google has categorised the business (10). The score shows how reachable and established a business looks. It is not a prediction that the lead will buy.
Is the follow-up really automatic?
Yes. When a new lead has contact details, the system starts follow-up on its own: a short first WhatsApp message where there is a phone number, and a three-step email sequence (day 1, day 3 and day 7) where there is an email address. The email sequence stops if the lead replies, the email bounces or it is flagged as spam.
Do you guarantee a number of leads or sales?
No. We do not promise lead volumes, reply rates or sales. What we can show you is what actually happened: which businesses were found, how they scored, and what follow-up was sent.
What do I see, and where?
Every lead sits in the CRM pipeline, and Drift OS is the client portal where you watch the work happen. You are not waiting for a month-end report to find out what was done.
Who is this for?
South African small and medium businesses that sell to other businesses, or to local customers, and want a steady flow of new conversations without hiring a sales team to cold-call. It works best when you can describe your ideal customer by type of business and place.
